As part of the ongoing integration with Boomi, the Data Integrations (Formerly Rivery) support ticketing platform is being transitioned today, Monday, May 19.

What to Expect:

There will be a temporary downtime of 1–2 hours during the transition.

During this time, customers will not be able to submit new support cases.

For urgent matters only, please email support@boomi.com.


Please note:
The previous support portal and any existing ticket threads will no longer be accessible after the migration.
All future support requests will be handled through Boomi’s unified support experience.
