We have resolved the issue where certain video-related metrics in the Facebook Insights Ad-Level report (such as video_30_sec_watched_actions, video_avg_time_watched_actions, video_p100_watched_actions, and others) were not returning data via the Facebook API.
All affected rivers we tested are now returning data as expected.
We also received confirmation from Facebook that the issue was on their end—specifically with the API not returning data for those fields. This has now been addressed on their side.
Thank you for your patience while we worked through this. Boomi Support team

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where the Facebook Insights Ad-Level report is not returning data for certain video-related columns, including:
video_30_sec_watched_actions
video_avg_time_watched_actions
video_p100_watched_actions
video_p25_watched_actions
video_p50_watched_actions
video_p75_watched_actions
video_p95_watched_actions
video_thruplay_watched_actions
This issue appears when querying the data via the Facebook API. However, the data is visible in the Facebook Ads Manager UI.
We have submitted a question in the Facebook Developer Community Forum and are monitoring related discussions, as other developers have reported similar behavior.
We will provide updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience. Boomi - Data Integration support team
