AWS AssumeRole Authorization Issue

Timeframe: 11:30 AM - 12:52 PM UTC

Impact: Rivers began failing due to an authorization error when attempting to assume an AWS IAM role. The error message was:

"An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the AssumeRole operation: User: arn:aws:iam::**************:user/RiveryECS is not authorized to perform: sts:AssumeRole on resource: arn:aws:iam::**************:role/Rivery-S3-Role."

Resolution: The issue was resolved, and normal operation has been restored.
