We have identified the Root Cause and upgraded the Twitter API to V2 to fix this issue.

While the upgrade is a significant step forward, we are actively addressing additional necessary changes to align with the new parameters. As a result, there may still be issues with your Twitter rivers.

Investigating

Starting September 18th, 07:10 UTC, we identified Twitter river failing with the following error:

“error code 403: Limited API access Twitter Ads API Error: You currently have access to a subset of Twitter API v2 endpoints and limited v1.1 endpoints (e.g. media post, oauth) only. If you need access to this endpoint, you may need a different access level. You can learn more here: https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/product

We are actively investigating this internally and we will update on any developments.
