We experienced an issue in the EU console where multiple Snowflake target rivers using key-pair authentication failed intermittently. The error encountered was:

Connection to Snowflake failed. Please check your credentials, your warehouse permissions, and your account preferences in Snowflake.

After an investigation, we identified the root cause and performed some adjustments on our backend, which resolved the issue

System behavior has returned to normal, and we are now monitoring for stability.
